Absolutely not. We want to see your space as you naturally use it. There's no need to clean, organise or feel embarrassed before we arrive — understanding what's currently not working helps us create systems that truly work for you.
Do I need to tidy before you arrive?

Not at all. My role isn't to tell you what you should or shouldn't keep. We'll guide you through the decluttering process, ask thoughtful questions and help you make decisions, but what stays in your home is always your choice.
Will I have to get rid of everything?

Not necessarily. We always look at what you already own first. When additional products would improve the function of your space, we'll recommend options that fit your needs, aesthetic and budget.
Do I need to buy organising products?

Every project is different. A single pantry or closet may require one session, while larger spaces or whole-home projects may take several. After your consultation, we'll recommend a realistic timeline for your space.
How long does a project take?

Yes. Life changes — and sometimes our systems need to change with it. Maintenance sessions are available to refresh previously organised spaces and make adjustments as your family's needs evolve.
